Terms of Service

SPX Insights & Analytics is a research and education platform. We surface ranked credit-spread candidates, dealer gamma context, sector leaders, news, and sentiment data. We do not provide investment advice, place trades on your behalf, push buy/sell signals, or recommend specific trades. All content is informational and educational only.

You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make. You should consult a licensed financial advisor before acting on anything you see on the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use the Service. The Service is currently offered to United States residents only; international availability may be added in the future.

You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your password confidential, and be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access by emailing support@spxinsights.com. Accounts are personal — do not share credentials or resell access.

The Service offers four paid options:

• Day Pass — $1.99: full real-time access for 24 hours from purchase. One-time payment.
• Week Pass — $14.99: full real-time access for 7 days from purchase. One-time payment.
• Premium Monthly — $49.99 / month: continuous real-time access, recurring monthly. Optional 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Premium Annual — $479.88 / year ($39.99 / month equivalent): same as monthly, billed annually. Optional 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information you authorize us (or Stripe on our behalf) to charge the applicable amount. Subscription renewals occur automatically on the same calendar day each billing period unless cancelled.

Sales tax, where applicable, will be added at checkout. Prices may change with reasonable notice; existing subscriptions are honored at their current rate until next renewal.

New Premium subscribers may elect a 7-day free trial. No charge occurs at signup, but a valid payment method is required. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the Premium rate automatically on day 8. Cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription. Day Pass and Week Pass are not eligible for a trial.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment for both Premium subscriptions and passes. To request a refund within that window, email support@spxinsights.com with your account email and the charge date. Refunds outside the 14-day window are at our discretion and not guaranteed.

You may cancel a recurring Premium subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Access continues through the end of the current billing period; no further charges occur. One-time passes are not cancellable but expire automatically.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Danger Zone. Deletion is immediate. If you have remaining paid time at deletion, that time is forfeited and not refunded.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract data from the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any data, content, or feature of the Service.
• Use automated agents, bots, or non-human means to access or generate load on the Service.
• Attempt to circumvent paywalls, access controls, or rate limits.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code.
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harass, defame, or harm others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

All content, software, charts, methodology descriptions, branding, and visual design on the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by US and international intellectual-property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for your personal use during the term of your account.

Market data displayed on the Service is sourced from third-party providers. We work to present it accurately and refresh it as frequently as our infrastructure allows (typically every minute during regular trading hours), but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Decisions you make based on Service data are at your own risk.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Options trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. See our Risk Disclosure for additional context.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, trading losses, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinity Global Solutions LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

We may modify or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be announced via email to registered users with at least 14 days' notice. Your continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
